This website is general information
The content of this website describes the services offered by McHenry Planning & Development Associates in general terms. It is not planning advice, and it should not be relied on as advice about any particular site, property, application or transaction. Planning outcomes depend on the facts of the case, the applicable policy and the judgement of the determining authority.
No client relationship
Reading this website, or sending us an enquiry, does not create a client relationship. Advice is given only under a written agreement setting out the scope of work, the deliverables, the fee and the terms on which we act.
Advice is given for a purpose and a client
Where we provide advice, it is prepared for the named client and for the purpose stated in our appointment. It should not be relied on by anyone else, or used for a different purpose, without our written agreement.
Accuracy
We take care to keep this website accurate and current, but planning policy, legislation and procedure change. We make no warranty that the content is complete or up to date at the time you read it.
Introductions to other professionals
Where we introduce clients to architects, engineers, contractors, installers or other specialists, those parties are engaged directly by the client. Clients remain responsible for procurement, contractual appointments and appropriate technical and financial due diligence.
Links to other sites
We link to third-party websites, such as planning portals and policy documents, for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
Intellectual property

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Our liability for professional services is dealt with in the written agreement for that work.
